Jennifer Lien and Galyn Görg in Star Trek: Voyager (1995)

Goofs

Warlord

Star Trek: Voyager

Edit

Continuity

At the start we see Neelix having his foot massaged. It is clearly a 'Talaxian foot'. In Caretaker (1995), his foot is shown to be 'human' looking.

Errors in geography

After the shuttle is hijacked it escapes at Warp 1 (and they cannot track it). Voyager is in orbit around Ilari. However in the follow up scenes it is seen that the shuttle actually flew straight to a location on Ilari (as they are discussing the capture of the mountains in the north).

Plot holes

In the firefight in Transporter Room One, Tieran (in Kes' body) and his followers shoot the Ilarii representative and Ensign Martin, killing both. For some reason, none of them think to shoot Janeway, either when she's grappling with Tieran/Kes or when she's been rendered unconscious.
The Doctor creates a device for removing Tieran from Kes through the neural implants Tieran had placed in Kes, but at the end it is instead used to remove Tieran from Ameron, who has no such neural implants.
