Tuvok walks into his quarters and takes off his outer jacket with his com badge on it and sets it down. He then goes into the bathroom where he has a disturbing moment and immediately runs out of his quarters (you hear the door open as he rounds the corner). In the next scene he is in the hallway with his communicator badge on his gray undershirt.
In this story, a female Vulcan crew member is present. She was not in the episode 'Counterpoint' wherein the U.S.S. Voyager's telepathic crew members had to hide in the transporter pattern buffer.
When Chakotay briefs the Maquis about the potential danger to their safety and to avoid going anywhere alone, an unknown Vulcan female extra appears in the back of the assembled group that repeatedly changes position from each camera angle as the scene unfolds, appearing in the background of almost every shot of the entire sequence.
When Tuvok says that emotional relationships can often lead to unpredictable behavior, Chakotay, in an offended tone, says that it was an opinion, not evidence. It is not an opinion, it is a statistic, and because of this statistic, in any assault or murder the first people investigated are the lovers/spouse and closest friends of the victim. This would still be as true in the 24th century as it is today.
Tuvok asks Torres if Tabor wore the 3D glasses when they found him. She says they were on the floor, but when they first see the victim, the glasses are clearly lying on his shoulder.
As head of security, Tuvok would automatically be in charge of any criminal investigation on the ship. Janeway would not need to assign him to the task.
At 13:46, when Harry and Tom show Tuvok the displaced photon image of the attacker, the attacker's hand clearly hovers a few inches from the victim's face. After cutting away and back, the hand is still a few inches away from the victim's face, but when Tuvok looks back at the image just before leaving the holodeck, the attacker's hand appears to touch the victim's face. That's because, at this new angle, the victim's head aligns between the attacker's hand and Tuvok.
In the movie theater, the crew wears red-blue 3D glasses, but the lights from the projectors are clearly red and green, for which they would also need red-green glasses.
When Tuvok and Chakotay find Crewman Jor in the mess hall, Tuvok reaches out to check her neck for a pulse, but it's apparent that he is standing several feet behind Jor, and not actually touching her at all.
Chakotay orders the computer to deactivate the EMH, which it does, but The Doctor was long-ago given control over his deactivation and should not have vanished.
When describing his initial memories of the mind control to Janeway, from seven years ago, Tuvok states that he experienced being frightened. This is not something a Vulcan would say easily even under similar stress.
