Goofs

False Profits

Star Trek: Voyager

Edit

Continuity

More than 1 time the stardate mentioned is starting with 500... meaning this is taking place before the previous episode "The Swarm." Clearly an error because these episodes should be going in order. It doesn't make sense to go backwards.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

At the start of The Price (1989) it was stated that the wormhole leads to the Gamma Quadrant; Star Trek: Voyager is set in the Delta Quadrant. However, in "The Price", the wormhole did indeed exit in the Delta Quadrant when Data and La Forge explored it (along with the ill-fated Ferengi).

Miscellaneous

When the gong is sounded in the town square the 2 women who come out have very little clothing covering their chests. One of the women is seen having the lower part of her left breast exposed when the right one is covered up. Clearly it's a costume error and almost a wardrobe malfunction.

Character error

Tuvok and Harry Kim's description of what happened in The Price (1989) during the negotiation of the wormhole is inaccurate. Tuvok states that the Ferengi made "a nefarious attempt to secure the wormhole" but this is also incorrect. The Ferengi were also exploring the wormhole in their own shuttle at the same time Data and LaForge but refused to return when Data determined that the wormhole was not stable, therefore stranding the Ferengi in the Delta Quadrant.
