When the rest of the crew are duplicated, not from direct contact with the people but from DNA samples, the 'silver blood' somehow supplies the duplicates with uniforms. It has been pointed out that DNA contains no information on clothing.
When Captain Janeway threatens to fire again at the planet's surface, Harry II touches the forcefield. Six seconds later, as Janeway speaks, he stands on his feet again and walks to the edge of the forcefield. He does not walk into it, he does not pass it. Neither is there a rule that says one character can't transition from kneeling to standing while off camera as another character speaks.
On the back of the environmental suits the away teams wear, the mic pack for each character can be clearly seen on the waist with a wire threaded through.
The demon planet is as hot as Venus, yet when Tom and Harry open the shuttle door, nothing inside melts from exposure to extreme heat. Atmospheric pressure, too, is high and should crush the pair as well.
