The interface above the replicator in Troi's quarters is from older starships, and not consistent with the Galaxy-glass Enterprise.
This entry originally stated that, when Jack Crusher died, he and Picard wore the older red tunic uniforms, as seen in Family (1990) and subsequently Journey's End (1994). Yet, in Dr. Crusher's memory, Picard is wearing the uniform from Season 1 and 2. This is because the uniform Jack Crusher wore when recording the hologram, as seen in "Family", was likely replaced by the Season 1/2 uniform before his death - the appearance of the older uniform during Wesley's vision quest in "Journey's End" may have been subconsciously triggered by Wesley's memory of viewing the hologram, and may not be an accurate reflection of the uniform in use at the time Jack Crusher died.
When Jev and Troi enter the turbo-lift after leaving the dinner, the sign on the door indicates they're on Deck 3. Troi asks to go to Deck 8 and Jev to go to Deck 16. After the scene ends with Troi leaving the lift, the sign on the door shows they're on Deck 3, not Deck 8.
When Geordi and Data head to the dinner, Geordi calls for the turbolift to take them to Deck 2. Later, when Jev leaves the dinner and Troi follows him, they wait for the turbolift at a door that is labeled Deck 3.
When Troi falls unconscious on the floor, her mouth is open, and you can very briefly see a silver filling in one of her teeth. Even today, fillings are done with a material that matches tooth color - typically, porcelain. There would definitely not be silver fillings in the 23rd century.
When Jev attacks Troi in her quarters, he subdues her with minimal effort and she struggles, unsuccessfully, to escape his grasp. Troi has previously been seen to attend classes that Worf teaches in Mok'bara, a Klingon martial art form. Troi should be able to defend herself much more skillfully than is shown here.
Dr. Crusher is "violated" in her office and not discovered there until the next morning, when Data and La Forge go to sickbay to confer with her. They find her office door (and the covers of the windows) wide open. Her office is located at the entrance to sickbay, and there is a full medical staff on board as well as patients. Someone should have found Crusher unconscious well before Data and La Forge got there.
Doctor Crusher refers to the thalamus as "the part of the cerebral cortex involved in memory function." However, the thalamus is not part of the cerebral cortex, and is not considered important for most memory processes.
Data uses his communicator to call for an emergency medical team to Dr. Crusher's office. Medical teams are dispatched from sickbay. Crusher's office is also located within sickbay. Data or Geordi could have summoned a medical team without a communicator, and the medical team would simply need to walk through a doorway, which is often left open, to get there.
