The title of the episode, as displayed within the episode itself, is missing the apostrophe, making it grammatically incorrect.
The computer tells Geordi that Risa is "climate controlled for optimum tourist comfort." As Risa hosts multiple species this would be impossible. For example, Vulcans would consider the comfort zone for humans to be quite cold, while Andorians would find it too hot.
However, optimum does not mean ideal for everyone. Optimum means 'best' so it presumably a compromise, with temperatures tolerable for most.
When it was revealed that someone had tampered with the isolinear chips, no one suggested testing for DNA or fingerprints to identify who had altered the chips. Geordi changed the chips without wearing any form of protection to cover his fingerprints or to prevent leaving DNA. Correction: all maintenance work of that type is shown being done without gloves or protective gear. The chips could easily have had the fingerprints/DNA of anyone who'd performed maintenance on them, which on a ship the size of the Enterprise, could be hundreds, if not thousands, of people. As chief engineer, La Forge would be the most likely person to handle any components, so finding his prints or DNA on the chips would have done nothing to narrow down the list of suspects.
When Geordi arrives in sickbay, the zipper pull on the back of his costume's collar can be briefly seen.
At around 12:50 in the simulated Ten-Forward, La Forge asks to join a table and someone replies "Sure", but you can just see that neither person's mouth is moving. This is commonly done to avoid creating additional on-screen speaking parts for actors because doing so comes with additional actors guild requirements, but the end result is a voice coming from seemingly nowhere.
When the Romulan 'Woman in Shadows' asks Taibak if there would be any physical evidence of the torturous conditioning they planned for Laforge, her lips can barely be seen but clearly do not match the words spoken. The same is true for her next line of dialogue.
When Geordi and Data left the shuttlebay, they walked by a door showing they were on Deck 12, whereas the shuttlebay is on Deck 13.
Why do the shields of the shuttle fail? The Romulan warbird didn't even fire.
