When the away team beams into the underground lair of the terrorists, Commander Riker wears his red Command/Operations uniform as normal. Shortly after the generator is taken offline, he seems to wear a yellow uniform, but that is just a play of shadows caused with poor light conditions.
When Picard punches Finn on the bridge of the Enterprise, the use of a stunt double for Picard is so obvious it has since become an internet meme.
When the Ansata terrorists transport to the bridge, one of them shoots at the Ops and Conn station consoles. The actor at conn flinches just before the special effects pyrotechnics ignite.
The away team that beams into the terrorists' underground lair to rescue Capt. Picard and Dr. Crusher is led by Cmdr. Riker. With Picard taken hostage by the terrorists, Riker is in effective command of the ship. As such, his position is on the bridge and not heading an away mission. (This point would be made clear in The Best of Both Worlds (1990), when Riker tries to take command of the away mission to rescue Picard from the Borg and Counselor Troi reminds him that his duty is on the bridge.)
In the opening scene, Dr. Crusher is treating the wounded from a terrorist bombing that occurred nearby where she was having lunch. She stubbornly refuses to return to the ship until she's treated the wounded, against all advice and security demands. No one makes the suggestion that the wounded also be transported up to the Enterprise and treated in their superior medical facilities, something which is done very regularly in all Star Trek series.
Commander Riker tells the Officer that she didn't have have to kill the terrorist who had his phaser pointed at Captain Picard. However, In The Vengeance Factor, he vaporized an unarmed woman when he only needed to physically restrain her.
When the first attack happens, Dr. Crusher "orders" Worf to get bandages. Her superior rank is not in his chain of command and his standing order to protect her comes from their superior, Captain Picard. Worf should have gotten her to a secure location with or without her consent.
