In the previous episode the Jem'Hadar inform both Commander Sisko and Major Kira that the Dominion will no longer allow ships from the Alpha quadrant to violate their territory and demands they stay on their side of the galaxy. Yet the Dominion is still allowing the Karama to conduct business with the Ferengi, and allowing Ferengi ships to travel to the Karama homeworld.
When Odo is talking with Kira before the attack on the Defiant, he adamantly stresses that the moment they exited the wormhole, something was powerfully drawing him to the nebula.
However, he had already been in the Gamma Quadrant before in the season one episode Vortex (1993). Nothing was calling out to him then, even though that episode's sub-plot was to find other changelings.

When Kira and Odo arrive at the Founder planet inside the nebula, Kira states there is no star system and the planet is a rogue planet (to which Odo agrees). However, when the shuttle is shown landing, a very prominent star is shown, lighting half the planet. This would not be the case if the planet wasn't part of a system. Except in the event this is a so-called "star nursery", where new stars are being formed from and within the cloud of gas and dust.
(Around 8 minutes) Sisko says "Be prepared to depart from the station at 0700 tomorrow morning." Putting the 0 in front of the time means in the morning, so he should have said "0700 tomorrow" or "7 o'clock tomorrow morning." What Sisko said may be redundant, but it is not inherently wrong.
As soon as Odo got to the bridge, the Jem'Hadar should have halted their attack, since they revered the Founders as deities and wouldn't dare harm one.
When the Defiant is leaving the station for its mission to the Gamma Quadrant, Sisko orders "aft thrusters at one quarter. Port and starboard at station keeping." But since the ship docks nose-first at the station, the proper order would be "forward thrusters at one quarter" -- the thrusters at the front of the ship need to push it backwards.
Quark claims that Rom did most of the negotiating with the Dominion. It was the female Ferengi, Pel, who assisted in Quark with the negotiations.
