Sisko asks Kira to locate Jake, but not only has he used the station's computer to do so in the past, Jake now has a comm badge and Sisko can simply use it to contact him.
Part 5 begins with a scene of buildings and about a dozen people walking in a plaza. Part 6 of the follow-up episode begins the same way, with all the same people making the same movements, but with different lighting.
After Gul Dukat was kidnapped Sisko asked Kira what the guard knew about the attackers, she responded that it's was a Vulcan female and a human male. The guard however never saw the Vulcan so he couldn't have described her appearance.

When Sisko and Dukat return to the station and are seen walking together on the promenade, the right side of Dukat's uniform (to the right of the chest armor piece) is flapping loose like rubber.
Sisko tells Cal Hudson about how they caught the Cardassians smuggling weapons to Bajoran extremists through a third party - the Yridians. If Sisko was referring to the events depicted in The Homecoming (1993), The Circle (1993), and The Siege (1993), then the third party involved was the Kresari, not the Yridians.
