Terry Farrell and Brett Cullen in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993)

Goofs

Meridian

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine

Edit

Continuity

At about 15 minutes, Dax explains to Sisko her plan to run helio-seismic scans. As she does so, her hands are in front of her, but when the camera angle changes, her hands are suddenly behind her back.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

The Meridians say they originally crashed on the planet, and that the planet regularly stayed in corporeal existence for only a couple weeks at a time. They would not have had time to construct the buildings in the compound in that time frame. However, since the non-corporeal state paused any progress of the corporeal state, they could just carry on construction as soon as they changed back to a corporeal state.

Revealing mistakes

When Dax and Deral are out walking in a countryside, as they get close to climb a tree, you can clearly see sod patches and strips around the base of the tree.

Plot holes

Quark tells Tiron it will be difficult to create a Kira hologram because she hates the holosuites, but in S2E16 Shadowplay, Kira tells Vedek Bereil she had Quark design a Springball program for her.
