Continuity

At approximately 16 minutes in, the staff is in the ward room discussing Nog. Dax's rank insignia is backwards, with the hollowed-out pip sitting on the incorrect side of the solid pip. For a Lieutenant (junior grade), the hollowed-out pip should be on the side farthest away from the zipper of the shirt. When the camera refocuses on her later in the scene, it is corrected.
Jake pulls the data rod containing Vic Fontaine's recording of "I'll Be Seeing You" out of Nog's bedside music player and slams it down on the nightstand. At the end of their conversation, Jake picks it up and walks off with it, telling Nog that if he wishes to hear the song again, "Go rent a holosuite!" When Nog gets out of bed a few moments later, the data rod can still be seen on the nightstand.
When Nog first retreats to his quarters, he limps to his bed with his cane next to his right leg. He turns around, sits down on his bed, then grabs his left leg and lifts it into his bed. This would mean that when he was walking, he wasn't supporting his injured leg. Nog corrected himself when he moved in with Vic in the holosuite.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

After Nog informs Vic his program will be kept active 26 hours a day, he launches into a rendition of "I've Got the World on a String." The vocal quality is the same as when he performs with a microphone on stage.

Vic is a holographic character singing in a holosuite. He has no need for a microphone to amplify his voice as it (and any amplification) is computer generated anyway.
Nog says he has made arrangements with Quark to keep Vic's program running 26 hours a day (the Bajoran calendar, which the station runs on, has 26 hour days). No mention is made of what that arrangement is, but it seems unlikely that Quark would take such a financial hit as to completely lose the revenue from one of his holosuites in perpetuity. If Nog is expected to pay for it, it is unclear how he will do so, as Starfleet officers are not paid for their service (as the Federation does not use money).

This is addressed in the staff meeting where Quark agrees to eat the cost.

Revealing mistakes

When Vic reenters his suite (after the fight between Nog and Jake), the front door is heard latching but is still visibly ajar.

Anachronisms

When Jake returns to the table with three martinis, the drinks are in tumbler glasses. A Las Vegas club (particularly one set in the 1960s) would never serve a martini in anything other than a long stemmed cocktail glass (also called a martini glass).

Plot holes

Rom is said to have received a promotion. For unknown reasons, he does not wear rank insignia on his uniform, despite other members of the Bajoran staff wearing them.
Nog has been living in the holosuite for an extended period of time, assumed to be several days, if not weeks. He is seen eating and drinking throughout his stay, but since everything in the holosuite is holographic, he would not be eating or drinking anything real. He should have been extremely hungry and thirsty after his stay, but he doesn't appear to be affected at all.

Character error

Nog asks Vic if he dreams when he sleeps. Vic just got through telling him that he's never been tired before because no one's ever run his program this long. If he's never been tired before, that would indicate he's never slept before, either.
When Vic ends his program, Nog's cane appears and clatters to the floor (his cane is real matter, whereas the one he'd been using that Vic gave him was just a hologram). Nog then sets about trying to forcibly reactivate Vic's program. When that proves unsuccessful, Vic appears and gives him a pep talk and Nog decides to leave the holosuite. Nog is never seen retrieving his cane.
