Odo and the Female Changeling sit on a bed in his quarters. Odo had previously said that he'd had all conventional furniture removed from his quarters after his shape-shifting abilities were restored. He said that if he tried to sleep on a bed, he'd revert to his gelatinous state and slide onto the floor.
The Defiant as at a standstill, acting as bait for Jem'Hadar ships. After the trap is sprung and the Rotarran destroys one of two Jem'Hadar fighters while the other fleas, the Defiant powers back up. By this time the Jem'Hadar fighter is well away from the Defiant with the Rotarran in pursuit. The very next instant the Defiant is directly behind the fighter, only about a ship's length of distance between them, and the Rotarran is nowhere to be seen.
Damar can be seen moving after it was confirmed in dialogue that he was unconscious following his fight with Major Kira.
When Odo chases Kira through the corridors of the habitat ring, the "hallway" mural at the end of the set, to create the illusion that the corridor is much longer than it is, doesn't quite match the perspective of the rest of the shot.
Though Federation attack fighters are technically warp capable, they are mostly used as short-range attack craft and are ill-suited for long-range missions, as they are small, cramped, and lack the basic amenities of a standard Starfleet vessel. Typically such craft would be stored inside a larger carrier and only deployed to go into battle, yet here they are seen filling out the group shots of the Starfleet task force as it departs Starbase 375.
On the Defiant, Bashir goes to the replicator to get himself and Dax each a raktajino. But the replicator makes Cardassian computer sounds (like on the station), and not Starfleet sounds.
Odo has lost track of 3 days time while with the Female Changeling. In "Behind the Lines" he told Kira he was aware of the passage of time while with the Female Changeling, he just didn't care about it.
Garak is said to have been debriefed for intel while the Defiant was out running a mission with the Rotarran. Starfleet Command is interested in anything he can tell them about Cardassian intelligence. Garak has been traveling onboard the Defiant and/or residing on Starbase 375 for months while the Federation and Klingons have waged a costly war with the Dominion. Why is Starfleet just now getting around to debriefing a former agent of the Obsidian Order who's been residing in their midst the entire time?
Captain Sisko says at the briefing about retaking Deep Space Nine that whoever controls the station, controls the wormhole.
But the Dominion/Cardassian has been in control of Deep Space Nine for quite a while without having had any control of the wormhole.
