Empok Nor is routinely shown "crooked" in space. As there is no up or down in space, there's no reason the station shouldn't be aligned with the camera.
This is simply a technique to differentiate between Empok Nor and DS9.

None of the other members of O'Brian's crew display rank insignia. Even if they are all enlisted they should have ranks like O'Brian's.
The station has been abandoned for over a year, yet the life support systems for air, heat and gravity are all on.
Incorrect: Garak is seen activating essential systems before the runabout docks. That would include life support and, very noticeably, gravity, as floating debris is seen falling to the deck once he activates the computers (he is previously seen wearing magnetic boots to keep himself affixed to the ground as he walks).

Boq'ta asks Amaro to get him a coil spanner and Amaro asks what it looks like (eventually retrieving a flux coupler by mistake). They're both engineers. Amaro should know what a coil spanner is. Correction: Amaro is a security officer, not an engineer. Both security officers and engineers wear gold-colored uniforms.
When Garak is working on the computer and is being denied he scratches his neck. Some of the makeup is scratched off and you can see the natural skin color of Andrew Robinson.
The runabout is scaled too large in comparison to the station in many shots.
At one point when O'Brien and Garak are fist-fighting, a patch of gold material can be seen on O'Brien's back, below his right shoulder. Apparently the outer jacket of his uniform split, exposing the gold division undershirt beneath. In all subsequent shots, the outer jacket is intact.
The away team categorizes items they need into three groups: "must haves," "could use," and "would be nice." O'Brien then splits the group into three teams and assigns one of those lists to each of the groups, essentially devoting equal resources to each list instead of prioritizing them appropriately.
It has been well established that Ferengi have superior hearing, attributed to their oversized ears. Nog should have been able to hear the Cardassian soldier sneaking up on him in the cargo bay.
The Starfleet salvage team breaks up into 3 groups upon arriving at Empok Nor. The whole point of bringing Garak is that the place is likely booby-trapped and he's the only one on DS9 who has the possibility of safely navigating the derelict station. Sending members of the team off without a Cardassian guide could be tantamount to a death sentence based on the available intel.
O'Brien suggests salvaging parts from Empok Nor to repair Deep Space Nine, as Cardassian components cannot be replicated. This is, at best, a short-term solution, as those parts will eventually wear out as well. A long-term solution, such as replacing the systems with Starfleet equivalents or getting Starfleet Engineering to fabricate the Cardassian parts, should have been offered as well.
O'Brien tells Nog that they will kill Garak "if that's what it takes to stop him." Both of them are brandishing type 3 phasers, which have a stun setting. It would be the same amount of effort to incapacitate Garak as to kill him.
When Pechetti is working on the power system Stolzoff is watching his back and her phaser rifle is pointed in his direction, he even asks her to point it in another direction, Stolzoff just replies with "don't worry, the safety's on". She is supposed to be a trained and experienced security officer, this is not something anyone with that kind of training would do. The very first thing taught in basic training about handling a firearm is: ALWAYS keep the barrel pointed in a safe direction and NEVER rely on the safety; safety's can fail and a person can be wrong about the safety being engaged. Much of Starfleet is based of the U.S. Navy and naval tradition, in real life if any sailor (any solider period) but especially a Master-at-Arms (Navy version of Starfleet Security) had their weapon pointed at a fellow sailor like that and made the remark she did they would get a serious dressing down from their CO and would get their weapon taken away.
