For this version of Spider-Man, Fox Kids had all of the radioactivity aspects of his origins replaced with Neogenics. However, at the beginning of the episode, when Felicia is complimenting Peter's ability to retain scientific knowledge, he quips "I guess I simply GLOW on the subject of radiation. I don't know why, it must be in my BLOOD.", as an inside joke to himself. However, it isn't radiation in his blood on this show, it's Neogenics.
