When Carmela slams the door in Uncle Junior's face, there is clearly a gap of at least 1/4 inch between the door and the door frame through which the outside background is visible. A house of this size and quality would have a door that is sealed properly and has trim around the frame.
When Christopher is getting out of his black Mercedes to enter the massage parlor, the reflection of a crew member and his camera is clearly visible when the door swings open.
The news report states that Junior Soprano, was released from jail for medical purposes, Junior Soprano was released from prison, not jail.
