Edit

Continuity

In episode #3.4 Slumber, Clark wrecks the families red Dodge pickup truck, flipping it and caving the top in. In the very next episode, #3.5, Clark is seen driving the unharmed truck.

Factual errors

The type of rope Perry used is perfect for climbing and would have held the two of them easily if in good repair; however, the way he tied it to his ankle would have caused serious damage to his leg. Catching Clark after such a long fall should also have dislocated Perry's shoulders. Also it would have been easier for Perry and Clark to climb down the rope to the bottom of the gorge, rather than hold and get pulled up.

Miscellaneous

After Lex drives off leaving Perry at the bus stop, Perry takes out a flask and says "Well, so much for not drinking till after five." When Lex picked him up, he was already drinking at the Wild Coyote.
When Clark and Perry are climbing back onto the ledge, a lens flare affects the camera, a large bright circular light blots out some of the lower part of the screen.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Clark is on his way to go to school Clark's parents asked him if he needs a ride to school and then he says "no, I think I run," you hear the sound of him running away in Superspeed, but if you look in the window on the kitchen door you see him walking.
