When Kevin is remembering shooting his brother, he trips and pulls the front trigger on his double barrel shotgun. A double barrel has two triggers, one for each barrel yet, both barrels are smoking even though he only pulled one trigger.
When Clark accidentally sets fire to a lamp's shade in the Talon, Chloe pours water over the lamp. Since the lamp is presumably electric, pouring water on it is not a good idea.
