The thermal scanner shows Logan St. Claire and Quinn Mallory have identical heat signatures. This is impossible since Logan is a female and Quinn is a male.
In the opening scene, the sliders arrive in a subway tunnel and are almost killed when an approaching train threatens to run over them. The sliders choose not to flatten themselves against the tunnel wall and simply let the train pass. For no logical reason, they crouch down in the middle of the track and wait to die. But seconds before it hits them, a power "brown out'" imposed by the city INSTANTLY stops the train - which is impossible.

Quinn, Wade and Arturo are given pamphlets describing the San Angeles Transit System. The wide shots show that the back of the pamphlet has a logo, and a close-up of the pamphlet shows a map on the inside. However, during the actors' handling of the pamphlet, it becomes apparent that only one side is printed for the current angle, while the other remains blank.
The reflection of the boom mic is seen in the glass walls when Quinn activates a computer virus.
