Rudy uses the atomic reactor in Steve's arm to revitalize Nicole. Several times during the process, Rudy tells Steve not to move his arm or it would be fatal to Nicole, and yet Steve is shown in at least two different positions throughout the process.
Steve and Rudy jump with somewhat dark-colored parachutes, yet they are pure white in the "as seen against the sunny sky" shots, as well as being white when the men land and unhook from their chutes.
Rudy remarks to Steve that the lady's pulse is "starting to come up", yet the vital-signs monitor's indicator-needle is shown to already be fluctuating in the "highest level" red-number zone, all the way up at the right side of the dial.

In the plane, Rudy tells Steve they are going to Minnesota, the northern part, Superior National Park. This is a National Forest and not a National Park.
Only Steve and Rudy jump from the plane, yet in a later shot, the sky is shown to have well over half a dozen parachutes floating down at once. The shot is from the view of the deranged astronaut with blurred vision - so he sees the two parachutes as many more.
Both David and Steve were thoroughly soaked from tussling in the water, yet when Steve helps David shortly afterwards, Steve's clothes are dry.
When Steve and Rudy first open the cryogenic chamber that Nicole is in, she is supposedly in total deep-freeze, with immobilized tissue. Yet her face and head visibly twitch as the lid is raised.
David throws the beam at Steve, and it lands in the water near him, but then in the next shots of Steve clambering out onto the bank, the beam is gone.
Notice in the big fight scene between Steve & deranged astronaut David Tate in the background you will see moving people and a auto or tram moving in the trees high mid screen during the fight.
