The electric wires were supposedly ripped apart by the wind or a falling tree, yet when Steve makes a temporary repair, the ends of the wires are clean-cut.
Garth is shown to take a moderate fall during his attempted climb up the mountainside, yet he is then apparently unhurt and back inside the control-house just shortly afterwards.
The tramway maintenance-worker vanishes from beside Garth during the sequence of Steve's starting to move the tram car by hand, and is not seen again during the remainder of the episode.
One of the children in the picnicking party mentions about a group of large rocks that could shield them from the wind while they have their meal, yet later, when the group is nearly to their intended spot, the grownup lady speaks of "the picnic grounds", and there is indeed a sign pointing the way to the designated picnicking area.
Steve may be super-strong physically, but he only weights about 200 pounds, so he could not hold the plane down in the wind unless his feet were anchored to the ground. Except for simply squeezing/crushing something in his right hand, his bionic strength is only usable when he has something to brace himself against so that he can apply force on the object to be moved.
Some of the stock "widespread storm-devastation" footage shows blackened debris; obviously the aftermath of a wildfire, not a tornado.
Despite there being adverse weather conditions, it's clearly sunny throughout the episode.
There are shots of the tram that show a totally clear, bright blue sky. With a tornado coming there would not be a totally clear sky.
This episode has a distinct tone of not being well rehearsed. A great deal of the dialogue sounds stilted, and the characters do things that don't make much sense. For example, Steve carries a rope with him to use when helping the people in the tram. Then, he tosses it away and decides to use his bionic strength to pull it back to the platform.
The young Black lady does not operate the CB mike properly; she does not release the talk button to listen, but simply holds it down all the time until she eventually gives up trying to radio her father.
The bank robbers would not have left the back door of their van open while they were robbing the bank, since the high wind could have damaged the door and impeded their being able to use the van for their getaway.
