Revealing mistakes

Just before the final guidance check, there's a close-up shot of the dish on the boat. The shot zooms out to show the boat, then further to show the gantry tower. But if you look closely, you can see the boat is going backward, with the churn of the water disappearing into the back of the boat. Then when you can see the waves, they're going backward as well, away from the shore. It's apparent that this was filmed zooming into the boat, then shown in reverse.
Obvious re-used footage of merc's side-view mirror image; similar mirror-view of the same scenery is in both shots, even though the cars are supposedly in a different location in the second shot.

Crew or equipment visible

When Steve Austin was tailing Edgar Webster, a crew member's fingers were visible behind Webster's head right after he got off the radio with Montez, where he informed him about the tail and set up a trap for Austin..
