When Chris is leaving the crime scene in the Chevy, the left side of it is wrecked as he leaves the driveway before the van collides with it. In a subsequent scene, the Chevy loses a hubcap from the left side, yet in the subsequent scenes both hubcaps are present.
While going through the garbage, Chris says the inventor of petroleum jelly ate a spoonful of it every day and lived to age 93. According to Ripley's Believe it or Not, the spoonful a day part was correct, but inventor Robert Chesebrough lived to age 96, not 93.
