- Kansas City/Hey Hey Hey Hey" "Boys" "I'm A Loser" - The Beatles
- The Beatles ("Kansas City/Hey Hey Hey Hey," "I'm A Loser" and "Boys"); Karl Denver Trio ("Wimoweh" and "Old Folks at Home"); Lyn Cornell ("Fever"); Tommy Quickly ("Stagger Lee"); Sandie Shaw ("(There's) Always Something There to Remind Me"); P.J. Proby ("You'll Never Walk Alone" and "Hold Me").
- The Beatles, of course, were at the top of the bill on the show; the other acts were Sandie Shaw, PJ Proby, The Karl Denver Trio, Tommy Quickly, Sounds Incorporated, and Lyn Cornell. The Beatles performed three songs: "Kansas City/Hey-Hey-Hey," towards the beginning of the show, and "I'm a Loser," and "Boys" towards the end. The Beatles also appeared in the show's finale with the Karl Denver Trio. Unlike many televised music gigs of this era, the Beatles' performance shown on Shindig is the real thing - no lip-synching or miming to pre-recorded tracks; however, it was not produced at ABC's studio. Instead, the show was recorded at the Granville Studio in London, before an audience consisting of London members of the Beatles Fan Club. Sadly, the show was never televised in the U.K.
