When Kramer returns the couch cushion, a bottled drink appears in Jerry's hand from nowhere.
After the street toughs take the Armoire and Elaine goes back to her apartment to meet Kramer, the Armoire is visible behind her as she enters the scene.
When Sheila hangs her coat by the door after George leaves, she stands facing away from Jerry to hang it. In the next shot Kramer does his signature barge-in, and Sheila is now standing further from the door, facing Jerry, and her coat is already neatly hung up.
When George (Jason Alexander) is practicing how he will give the money to the Soup Nazi (Larry Thomas), there's a man with a thick moustache behind him. Later, when Jerry's (Jerry Seinfeld) in line with his girlfriend who walks out in anger, the same man can again be seen in line.
While Kramer (Michael Richards) minds Elaine's (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) armoire, Elaine takes off to get the soup. She leaves in one direction but returns from the other.
The board in the soup kitchen says no substitutes and no phone orders, and lists approx. 20 soups, but the Soup Nazi only serves soup from 5 containers.
It has been pointed out that the soup list on the wall does not list gazpacho even though a customer attempts to or gazpacho. It is assumed the man who orders the gazpacho is denied because he says "por favor," but the Soup Nazi could have used this as an excuse to deny the customer soup because the customer did not pay attention to the menu. It is shown the Soup Nazi makes up and changes the rules at will when George is first denied bread, but gets bread on his second attempt.
All the soups that are served appear on the store board. One of the customers, who claims to be half Spanish, asks for a "gazpacho", a cold soup typical of southern Spain made with oil, tomato, cucumber, garlic and onion. However, none of the soups in the board seems to fit this description.
As a previous entry noted, when a customer orders gazpacho it is not listed on the menu board next to the cash register. But prior to this, Elaine orders some mulligatawny, then points to a tray and asks if it's lima bean, to which the soup Nazi replies 'yes'. But lima bean is not listed on the menu board either.
One of the Soup Nazi's customers asks for gazpacho, but this does not appear on his menu board next to where Kramer is standing, where it also states that substitutions are not permitted. Also, the customer points to the hot serving counter when he asks for gazpacho, but it is always served cold.
When Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) & George (Jason Alexander) meet outside the soup stand, you can see the bottom of the backdrop rolled up on the ground.
Despite the sign in the soup shop stating "No substitutions or phone orders", the phone rings and an employee appears to be writing an order down on a pad while George is complaining about not getting any bread with his soup order and again during his second visit after placing his order and commenting about getting bread. The phone rings again and another order appears to be taken while Elaine talks to the Soup Nazi about how he looks like Al Pacino.
Elaine refers to the "State's Attorney." In New York, this position is called "District Attorney." Elaine is from Maryland, however, where "State's Attorney" is used, so she may have been using the term more familiar to her.
In the tag scene, Newman runs into Jerry on his way home to get a large pot to get some of the Soup Nazi's leftovers. Upon learning about it, Jerry starts running too. They live in the same apartment building, but they run in opposite directions.
