During the argument between Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) and Barbara (Suzy Soro) over who was at the bakery first, a black man wearing a black jacket is being served. The next scene shows he is suddenly on the other side of the store standing behind Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld).
Jerry is eating a "black-and-white" cookie. In different angles of the shot, the colors of the cookie keep flipping from one side to the other, and the size of the bites out of it change inconsistently. 'The Seinfeld Coffee Table Book', released in the November 2007 complete series package, reveals that this was a goof.
While Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) & Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) are waiting for the others in the bakery, Jerry has the chocolate side of his cookie in his left hand. A quick cut to the next scene and we see the vanilla side is now in his left hand.
Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) takes a bite out of his cookie and the camera moves away. When the shot comes back to him we can see the bite has been taken out of the other end. At least two cookies must have been used in this scene.
When Jerry and Elaine are arguing about the hair on the cake, Jerry asks, "What if it's your hair?" Elaine's finger is pointing at Jerry, when the camera changes shots, Elaine's finger is pointing to the top of the cake box.
First George suggests buying "Ring Dings" at the liquor store. Then when he and Kramer are in the liquor store, we see beer for sale. By law, liquor stores in New York State are allowed to sell liquor, wine and lottery tickets and nothing else, including beer.
The liquor store where George and Kramer buy a bottle of wine can't break a $100 dollar bill. This scenario is highly unlikely given that liquor stores are known for carrying high volumes of cash, hence why they are frequent targets for holdups.
Jerry says that the secret to eating the black and white cookie is to get some of each in each bite, but that only would work in the middle.
The result of food poisoning occurs 24 hours after eating, so Jerry should have vomited the next day.
In the shot of the liquor store when Kramer is honking the horn for the double-parker, there is no one in the car.
Of course, he probably thinks the driver is in a store, so he's honking to attract their attention. No word on why he thinks this would work in a city with New York's noise level.
The newsstand that George and Kramer visit has the magazine "Entertainment" with covers from five different issues spread out over the rack. A newsstand only carries the most current issue of a magazine.
The smallest number in queue Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) & Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) could have had was in the 50s. The people they have an argument with were number 47 and while they were figuring out what to do, we see numerous other customers grab numbers.
In a scene in the car, Kramer shouts out the window; "Your lights are on!". George then says; "Its a funeral procession". However we never see any procession as they continue down the street.
We learn that Kramer (Michael Richards) gets hypothermia easily in this episode, but there was no problem swimming in freezing weather back in episode 3.14, The Pez Dispenser (1992).
While exiting the car, Elaine can't remember Jerry's name. She says, "You - whatever your name is." He says, "Jerry".
