When the GELF terrorists first invade New Cape Quest, the establishing shot of the waterfront still has the CGI of the seaQuest in dock, even though it was supposed to be off the coast of the GELF Colony. This has been corrected in the two-part version of the episode. The HD release contains the error in both full-length and two-part versions.
Sarah, a G.E.L.F., launches her baby from the colony in a refuse container that Piccolo then finds while inspecting the water around the colony. When Piccolo encounters the container for the first time, the line pulling the container is clearly visible.
