Featured review
Colin Farrell is the guest star in this episode, and he is excellent as an Irish guy who punches another Irish guy into unconsciousness and brings him to the hospital for treatment. Farrell is full of wise and funny remarks as JD and Turk try to help the guy that they think is his brother.
In the midst of that Karla and Elliot have some funny moments reacting to their mutual attraction for Colin Farrell.
The ladies end up in an entertaining cat-fight which was the only time this ever happened in Scrubs. The scene was really funny except that The Todd was interjected into it so he could make his obnoxious observations.
I have seen Scrubs entire series about 4-5 times, and most of the the time, The Todd is inserted into scenes to make remarks that just throw everything off. It cannot be changed now, but if The Todd had been in this show much less often, Scrubs would have been a much funnier show.
