When Amanda hangs a picture of Dean on the wall it is straight. But in the next shot it is clearly hanging crooked. This is then pointed out by Lee later in the same shot.
Straight after the gun runner gets killed, Billy and Lee are standing in front of a room with a sign that clearly states " All personnel entering must show ID to the duty officer." They then enter and go straight to Billy's Office, without any attempt to show ID.
At about the 8 minute mark, after Lee has pulled Amanda out of the job interview, they are shown standing on a street corner. The walk sign is a red hand, i.e. don't walk. They and the extras around them then cross the road.
