Kelly's well-paying job as a waitress has her reconsidering her thoughts of becoming a doctor.
Kelly gives up a dream about going into pre-med to become a doctor and goes for big bucks as a waitress with Alex at a new sports bar, named Skeeters, much to Zack's worry, while Leslie fills in for Kelly at her job at the student medical center.
