Simon meets up with an old friend who insists on painting the town red while his wife is away and becomes the victim of a blackmail plot.

The Saint's married friend, Bill Harvey and wife, Doris, arrive in London. Very quickly, he's set as the mark'in a scam in which he's set up for blackmail by the seductive Luella. She gets him into a compromising position, just in time to be snapped by a photographer. Bill's terrified Doris will find out, so he asks the Saint for help.—don @ minifie-1

Doris leaves her husband in Templar's hands. Though he's supposed to behave and look for a place, he makes Simon go out for a wild night.
