Darlene bails Dan out while Roseanne takes Jackie to the hospital. The whole town has rumors on what happened with Dan and why he ended up in jail. Jackie is mad that Dan got into this story but also very thankful. She isn't sure she wants to leave Fisher but Roseanne gets her to do the right thing.
The second part of this story is also excellent. Darlene bailing Dan out was a very fun part. As well as Dan talking to DJ about him being in jail and everyone telling what they heard about it.
But the serious issue is also handled in a great way. We find out that it wasn't the first time he did it and it is great to see Jackie leave him. Her moment with Dan was also great. Good showing of the mixed feelings one has in this situation when one feels it wasn't right and yet is thankful for the support
