Fred sues Jackie because she refuses to let him be part of her future baby's life and even accept money from him. He got inspired by what Dan told him in the previous episode in anger. Guys are on his side but girls on Jackie's. Still at the end Jackie and Fred make up and she admits she was wrong.
I am on the guy's side here. Jackie was unreasonable. Still when we find out what was driving her it makes more sense and one can disagree with her without hating the character. Very well done.
It also has lots of fun moments, my favorite is Jackie running in with the letter that she is sued as well as Roseanne fighting with Fred when coming to their work.
