As penultimate episodes go, it's pretty lifeless, it was an effort concentrating on events. Interesting to see how it concludes.
Oliver turns his back on The Conservative Party.. I can't imagine many of the show's viewers were particularly left leaning, after the half decent precious episode, it's back to the extra dry, stuffy show.
I did chuckle at the joke about Olivia Newton John, it feels like it's been a long time coming, that poodle perm hasn't been a success. I don't want to sound at all hypocritical here, but seeing that room empty was quite sad.
Always good to see Ronnie Stevens, who appears as The Vicar, the trouble is he's given poor lines.
