When Rockford and Audrey Wyatt (Linda Evans) pull up in the limousine at the beginning of the final act (shortly before the "strike"), as Rockford walks toward the rear of the car where he is confronted by Simon Lloyd (Paul Jenkins), a bank of three bright studio lights and someone (probably the director) sitting next to them is mirrored in the car's shiny finish.
When Rockford and Linda Evans leave Jim's trailer the parking we usually see outside is not there instead is what looks like the inside of a stage with lights visible.
When the police officer talks to SGT Becker through the door, the 'marks' for his feet are visible.
Even though Audrey and Simon worked together on the lobby scam, Simon acts as if he's never met Audrey before when she's later seen working for Farnsworth/Rockford (Simon may have been worried or miffed; Audrey's presence there indicating that she's now working against him).
