When Chapman, Rockford, and Becker are standing on the front porch of the Aziz house, in the long shot they are standing in the full sunlight, as if the sun is low in the sky. When it changes to a close up, the are in shadow, as if the sun is suddenly much higher in the sky.
When Rockford and Innes are talking in the car on the way to the Aziz house, the passenger window of the car is down and Innes has his arm partially out the window, but when they pull in the driveway, the window is up.
An aerosol can in a microwave oven cannot explode, because the metal container shields its contents. (The oven itself might be damaged, due to the magnetron overheating from the unabsorbed energy. The explosion and fire shown are way beyond the relatively minor failure that would occur.)
When Rockford puts the can of air freshener in the microwave and turns it on, several minutes pass before the can explodes and starts a fire. The can reacts like it had been put on a regular stove and exploded after the contents had built up enough pressure to blow the can up. Actually, if a metal can is placed in a microwave oven, it would immediately start to throw off sparks, which would have almost immediately caused a fire (or shorted the oven out), rather than the lengthy delay as it occurred.
When Jim opens the door with the arrow through it, the 'patch' used for the arrow is visible against the wood grain.
Rockford and Cy Margulies (Robert Alda) are talking near the tennis courts. When they start walking up the driveway a shadow of the book mic is seen on the roadway.
During the highlights at the beginning of the program, Rockford is seen spraying two of the thugs with a fire hose. One of the thugs fires his gun (both seen and heard). During the show when this occurs, the same scene is shown, but no gunfire is heard.
As Rockford and the others jump from the plane onto the tarmac below, the dark-colored airbag they're actually landing on is clearly visible across most of the width of the screen.
When Jim calls Dennis to report the dead body he just found, the thumb on the corpse moves.
Lt. Chapman speaks to Becker as though he was still a Sergeant, though Becker was promoted to Lieutenant in the episode "Kill The Messenger", which aired two weeks prior to this episode. (Chapman talks down to Becker for the first few episodes after Becker received his promotion, while Dennis still resides at his regular desk. Chapman finally treats him as an equal after we see Becker with his own office).
