Quantum Leap

Edit

Continuity

When Coop is trying to pull up on 1 engine he has his right hand on the throttles yet the cut back shows him with both hands on the steering controls.

Factual errors

The plane turns around to head back to Norwich, Virginia. Norwich is actually a neighborhood in the City of Roanoke, Virginia.

Anachronisms

Captain Cooper regularly refers to the region known as the Bermuda Triangle as such. Admittedly, the region's unusual features have been documented as far back as Christopher Columbus, who wrote in his logs about bizarre compass bearings. However, the term "Bermuda Triangle" was not coined until Vincent Gaddis' 1964 cover story for Argosy magazine about the disappearance of Flight 19. This story takes place on August 13, 1956.
In 1956 hypodermic syringes were glass, not plastic like the one Sam used.
Sam uses a yellow rubber bag with a white hose and nozzle, which has a plastic shutoff clip to make his IV setup. In 1956 the bag, nozzle, and snap clip would have been red rubber bag and hose, with a black rubber nozzle, and a metal snap clip.
