Goofs

Deliver Us from Evil - March 19, 1966

Quantum Leap

Edit

Continuity

Al states that in over 80 leaps, Sam has never leaped into the same person twice. This would only be true if this episode occurred before Lee Harvey Oswald - October 5, 1957 - November 22, 1963: Part 1 (1992) and Lee Harvey Oswald - October 5, 1957 - November 22, 1963: Part 2 (1992) in which he leaped into Lee Harvey Oswald seven times, though those leaps were all connected and in succession.
37:00 Connie wipes her face on Franks shoulder but there are no blood stains on Franks shirt.

Revealing mistakes

When Frank comforts "Connie" after the supposed attack from Jimmy, she presses her cheek on his shirt. She is supposed to have bloody scratch marks on the left side of her face that she did herself. The blood should have been wiped on Frank's sleeve, but it's obviously not there.

Anachronisms

When Sam lets slip that Neil Armstrong steps onto the Moon three years before it actually occurs; Frank shows disbelief as if it had never even been considered when in fact President Kennedy had set out that very goal five years previously in a speech to Congress.
At 20:00 the view downhill shows vehicles that are much newer than the period portrayed. At least one driving by on the cross street looks to be a mid-80's model.
