Much of the sand on Number Six's back and in his hair when he wakes up on the beach disappears when he is examining the body.
Number 6 states he has not seen a night in the Village, but this is not true.
When Number Six is stopped from entering the town hall, several extras can be seen walking on the other side of the arch behind him. When we cut to the closeup of Number Six, the pedestrians have all vanished.
The distance between Number Six and the surf when he is running along the beach changes dramatically in between some shots. In wide, slightly-overhead shots he is clearly running on wet sand, but in closeups and mediums shots he is running with very dry sand visible between himself and the waterline.
Number 6 accidentally walks into the entrance to Town Hall and gets shocked, not knowing he was entering it, but episodes earlier he stated the Village had a town Hall, implying he already knew about it.
When Number Six returns to his quarters and finds the black cat, his shadow falls across a painted backdrop meant to simulate the outside view of the town.
The indent of the cord pulling the white balloon (Rover) is clearly visible as it moves over the waves at the beach, just after chasing Number Six.
When Number 2 makes her entrance in the control room, the wall around the door meant to look like metal is visibly warped.
When Number Two asks Number Six if the radio works, she crosses in front of the camera and its shadow falls across her.
