Roma Culture
Hitchcoc9 July 2022
The Roma culture is interesting. The use and abuse of children are at the center of much of it. Of course, they have a history of persecution. Here a 12 year old girl is trying to avoid going back to Romania where she will be forced to marry. In the more interesting case, Eugene defends a guy whose wife was slaughtered by a guy he had gotten off for murder years previously. It's another of those old "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" endings. I have to say the guy had a reason for what he did. Eugene's smugness in all this is ridiculous since he has put numerous crud back on the street.
