Lindsay supports an airline that decides to make it known that they will allow no Arabs or Muslims to fly on their planes. The thing that matters is that she takes the case. I lost interest in her the day she started her own firm. The ending shows her feelings of guilt, but she is only doing it out of self promotion. The second more interesting case is a woman who seems to have trouble keeping her boyfriends alive. This one is more fun because Eugene uses his windbag USA speech in his closing, and something happens that makes this material for a cheap novel.

Warning: Spoilers
Why did she take this? Does she want all her clients to be white? Maybe next episode she'll be representing a nazi. I thought the whole point of starting her own practice was to be low key. Taking on small civil disputes. What the hell were they thinking with this episode? Post 9/11 television is so insane sometimes.

Eugene's case was boring but it was funny when he laughed in court. I don't know how the partners can still support the use of Plan B when it's become such a known gimmick of this firm. It's no wonder they found her guilty.
