Summaries

  • The sudden return of Brooke's mom threatens to destroy Mike and Jane's relationship. Nicole wants Mary Cherry's kneecap. Lily and Sugar defend school's legendary "Forever Tree", used by couples to carve their names on it, from Ms. Glass.
  • "Timber!" Brooke bonds with her long-lost mother, much to her dad's objection as it causes tension between him and Jane. Meanwhile, Lily and Sugar try to save the forever tree from being cut down. While Sam tries to fix the mess she caused that results in a startling revelation.—Ron Storey
  • All the unresolved plot lines from the previous episode that ended with a cliffhanger are quickly resolved. The wedding has been postponed and Brooke's dad is trying to figure out whether he still cares for his ex wife. Sue's mom feels threatened by Brooke's mom and without realizing it makes a parallel between their love triangle and the girls' love triangles. When she catches Brooke's mom kissing Brooke's dad, she leaves Brooke's dad even though he insists that he loves her and not his ex. Sam feels guilty about the whole thing since she convinced Brooke's mom to come back, so she tries to get Brooke to help her fix things. Unfortunately for Sue, Brooke actually wants her own mother back and secretly supports Mom in her attempt to win Dad over again. Back at school, Ms. Glass' replacement introduces himself to the class. He seems very nice, doesn't believe in homework and wants to stimulate the kids to think. That's when S.W.A.T. team barges in and arrests him for peddling "crush fetish" videos, a real-life semi-legal genre of home videos that depict people crushing small things or animals for sexual pleasure. Ms. Glass makes a unenthusiastic comeback and promises her students that she will be even tougher than before. She and the vice-principal turned acting principal, announce that the so-called "Forever Tree", the school's legendary tree on which students in love carve their names so their love could last forever is about to get cut down. Lily and Sugar, who just carved his and his exchange student girlfriend Exquisite Woo's name on it, are outraged and "occupy" the tree. Ms. Glass uses some creative means to try to get them out including DDT, heavy metal and homing pigeon's with diarrhea. Josh has had enough with waiting for Brooke to make up her mind on whether or not she actually wants to have a real relationship with him again, so he calls it quits between them for good. On the other hand, Lily's bravery impresses him. Nicole has had enough with her bum knee and, since she is now the head Glamazon, she forces Mary Cherry to give her one of her kneecaps if she wants to be a Glamazon again. Mary Cherry has no choice to agree but then comes up with a simple yet wicked solution on how to save her knee and still give Nicole what she wants.
