I was with this episode for the first half. If stretches the bounds of reality. But the constant subject of the rights of religion (which, by the way, seems only to be Christianity) has been done over and over. The decision of he judge whom I normally find an admirable character, was ridiculous. Kenny took away any chance of justice being done. Yes, in the real world, when that case gets kicked upstairs, that guy is going free. Kenny should not only be fired, but if the lawyers see fit, he should be sued. I'm also tired of the lawyer played by Don Cheadle, ranting about what happens. They know the law--knew it going in, but did nothing to make sure nothing stupid was done to give the guy more ammunition. Finally, what's with the wide open jail where one of those enraged citizens can walk in with a gun any time they wish and shoot at the defendant. What a mess!
