When Perry wanted to hide fingerprints on a car, he pretended to have a flat tire and asked several teenage boys to change it. He said for them to push the car to the curb first (so they would obscure evidence by putting their fingerprints all over it). It was a flat tire - not engine trouble and even though the purpose was to add the boys' prints, they could have driven the car to the curb.
The boys did not have the ignition key. Perry specifically gave them the trunk key before he walked away.

Neither Susan Fisher or Amelia Corning have any lens in their eyeglasses.
When Perry let's the air out of the tire, it seems to take only a few seconds. Basing that on the time laps of the group of boys talking about leaving as Perry drove by. Letting air out of a tire in that manner would take considerable time.
