When the plastics company safe is blown, Sgt. Norden and Ofc. Anderson immediately get out of their squad car and move in. They do not call for backup first, violating a standard police procedure that has been in place since police radios were invented.
Two scenes are set in a large cold room. The actors' exhalation vapor is not visible when they breathe and two characters who were there for an extended period were not dressed warmly.
Because the prime suspect was a relative, Lieutenant Anderson should have been taken off the case due to conflict of interest.
