When she first appears Juli Eng (Irene Tsu) says that she lives in Los Angeles, not in Chicago. A few minutes later Tudor Sherwin (James Forrest) says that Juli is from San Francisco and she doesn't correct him.
When Ralph Iverson (Jerry Oddo) is talking to his wife Lorraine (Joyce Jameson) outside the ship terminal in San Francisco, the background behind them is featureless and appears to be the sky. In an immediate cut they are shown standing in front of a multi-story building, tall enough to block any view of the sky.
The view through the doorway of Mr. Eng's office (a garden and a pagoda) is obviously painted.
Juli Eng (Irene Tsu) is informed that the ocean liner "Ione" is about to sail. The next scene shows a liner leaving the dock, but the name of the ship is clearly two words long.
At 47:23, Paul Drake can be seen in the back of the court room. It appears he is dead asleep.
