Another Self-Injenction
Hitchcoc20 May 2014
GRS was featured in a previous episode. Parents who wanted their children to raise their physical and mental quotients went to a doctor to have an injection while the child was in the womb. Sometimes this procedure failed and the children became deformed and homicidal. Now some of these children, wielding special powers, are loose on society. A middle aged cop who has a gifted son but also one whose procedure failed, is known as the best hunter of these GSR victims. In the process, he encounters Dylan, his deformed son, and has the task of apprehending or killing him. It doesn't work so well because of his limited abilities to keep up with the beast like person. So Ray, the police officer, injects himself with the stuff that caused Dylan's condition. We know, because we've been here before, that this is going to end badly. The stuff is reversible if treated in time and if too much isn't used. The greatest danger is to the mother and the little brother because of Dylan's resentment. The ultimate confrontation is on its way. This episode left me fairly cold.
