Well acted, one of the most unsympathetic protagonist you will encounter. The story suffer from one plot twists to many. Depending on your preference for the ultimate or penultimate plot twist, speaks more about ourselves. Alan Diakun, if you made it this far? His performance will have you wondering what he is doing when he not on screen.

A Magical Wallet
Hitchcoc11 November 2014
I found this a great story. It is more in the Twilight Zone oeuvre than the usual science fiction stuff on Outer Limits. It is the story of a lost soul who blames the world for his position when, in reality, he has set his own course. A former drug pusher, he has managed to hook up with a beautiful young woman who adores him. They are going to be parents and he has absolutely no prospects. Each day he pretends to look for a job but ultimately ends up in the local watering hole where they won't even run a tab for him. One day he needs a light and a man at an ATM (who is involved in a sting) flashes the bills he has just received. Our boy grabs the money out of his hand and is soon pursued by the authorities. He runs into some fog and finds himself in a store filled with amazing curiosities. The proprietor insists that he has dropped his wallet and hands it to him. The wallet is magical. Whenever he bumps against anyone on the street, their money is transferred into his wallet. Easy street, right? When his wife sees the money, she assumes he is back dealing drugs. This is a story of reclamation and it has a really clever ending. One of the better offerings.
