When Del is escaping in the van, there is a view from the side of the van and the door is almost completely shut. But in the next shot, which is a direct view of the back of the van, the door is wide open, allowing space for the toy dogs to fall out of the suitcase and onto the road.
When the toy dogs fall out of Del's van, they all fall on their side, but in the next shot two of the them are walking around.
In one of the shots when you see Rodney is leaning against the wall at the beginning, you can see a group of kids staring directly at the camera.
About 3 minutes in, as the cop chases Del down an alley, the red purse of a female extra is seen at the corner of a building a couple of seconds before she makes her official entrance.
The auctioneer clearly describes each lot in detail, including their defects ("smoke damaged fire alarms") so why would he auction the "assorted agricultural machinery" without specifying they were broken lawnmower engines?
