As Nathan goes to leave the party he is holding a blue cup, but when he's seen getting in the car, his cup is red.
While Nathan is driving from the party with Lucas, at one point, he tilts his cup almost completely. Seconds later Nathan throws his cup out hitting the police car and splashing far too much beer than could have been in the cup.
