This episode revolves around Felix's pet parrot being very sick, and after many pleas with an unsympathetic Oscar to help give the bird his medication, the bird passes away. Felix, more or less, blames Oscar because he didn't help him; he also tries making Oscar feel guilty, which he clearly doesn't, as Oscar is looking for places to trash the dead bird in a funny sequence, which includes the appearance of a familiar face in Ken Swofford, who's playing the ugliest undercover cop ever and is dressed in women's garb on a park bench. The annoying Pigeon sisters have a funny scene or 2, and both are mad at Oscar's ambivalence towards Felix's parrot, which actually ends up being alive after being comatose because Felix mixed up the actual dose of medicine he was to give the bird. There's another funny moment at a pet cemetery, which winds up being the only place to bury the bird, even though the box starts to move when the supposed dead parrot comes alive. The next few scenes has the bird fly out the window of the cemetery, only to fly back in the window of the apartment in a very unbelievable fashion, and that's how this episode ends. I wouldn't say this episode was very memorable or overly funny, but it was solid enough to recommend for any fan of the show.
